Coordinator for Database Management and Employee Benefits

The overarching purpose of the coordinator is to help develop and support a culture of relational discipleship among the whole community of the Hershey Free Church by ensuring accurate and timely database management is provided for all areas of ministry. This will be done in collaboration with the senior administrator, executive pastor and “backbone team” to support relational discipleship throughout the whole church. The coordinator will also support the staff in relation to their employee benefits.

The coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining data management systems and payroll-benefit practices that provide accurate and timely information in support of the relational discipleship ministry of the church, and will be passionate about collecting and cataloging useful information that informs and supports a culture of relational discipleship.

  • Reporting practices
  • Tithes and offerings

The coordinator will also participate in visitation, and maintain contact with members of the congregation and community by e-mail, letters, articles and in-person availability.
