“When a woman possessing a growing, active faith enters into an
intentional relationship with another woman in order to
encourage and equip her to live out a growing, active faith
in all areas of her life for the glory of God.”

We believe it is God’s desire for us as women to live lives that are intertwined together so that we can grow to be more like Christ as individuals. As a result, the Body of Christ benefits and God is glorified. To this end, the Women to Women mentoring ministry exists to help women connect so that God can use those relationships to help women grow to be more like Him in every way.

Ecclesiastes 4:12 says “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

This verse shows the benefits of mentoring – coming alongside one another and standing with each other to fight the everyday battles that come our way. With the Holy Spirit as the Counselor, Guide, and Teacher; the Mentor as the Encourager and Coach; and the Mentoree as the Learner and Seeker of Truth, we have “a cord of three strands that is not quickly broken.”
