Acts 9
As Luke tells the story of early Christianity, the central character of his narrative is God. This isn’t an account of bold leaders pioneering a new movement; it is the description of God’s work in fulfilling his promises. The description of Paul’s conversion provides a great example for us to understand the reality that God is at work.

Dear Pastor Bob,
An excellent sermon – I can see it in my own life that I was dead to the things of God, but thanks to the work of Jesus on the cross, it is no longer the case.
As a human being I am tempted to think that if people would just behave and do good things that all would be well with the world. It is too much to believe that a person who is dead to God would ever know how to behave.
Every person must experience Acts 2:37 and 38 to become alive in Jesus.
How do I communicate with a unsaved relative the imporatance of this truth without sounding judgemental?
Thanks to you and the other pastors for this series on the book of ACTS.
